- Pet – While we love our furry friends, Le Sutra Great Escapes Villas are designed to provide a serene experience without pets on the premises. To ensure the utmost comfort and convenience for all our guests, we currently do not accommodate pets. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you for a relaxing, pet-free stay.
- Belongings: Please also note that guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during their stay. We recommend securing valuables and keeping them safe at all times.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 15 Days or More Before Check-in
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 80% refund or a credit note for future booking.
- Cancellation 7 to 14 Days Before Check-in
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in
- For cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
- No-shows
- If guests do not arrive on the check-in date and have not informed us, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.
- Early Departures
- For guests choosing to leave before the scheduled check-out date, no partial refunds will be issued.
